Seorang pakar pastry dan bakery akan memberikan resep-resep pie terbarunya. Tentu saja lengkap dengan tips dan trik untuk membuat aneka kreasi pie. Karena itu buruan daftarkan diri Anda! 

Pie yang dikenal dengan ‘pyes’ dicatat sejarah munul pertama kali di negeri Inggris pada abad 12. Kue yang terbuat dari adonan tepung terigu, mentega telur ayam dan diisi aneka bahan ini menjadi populer di dunia. Ada rasa yang asin dan ada rasa yang gurih. Kini, pie juga tampil dalam beragam bentuk, isian dan citarasa. 

Untuk mengikuti perkembangan pastry, sengaja kami memilih Pie dengan varian terbaru. Bapak Haryanto Makmoer, seorang ahli pastry dan bakery consultant akan membagi ilmunya seputar pie. Mulai dari adonan kulit pie yang renyah dan enak sampai membuat 5 (lima) jenis pie yang cantik dan trendy. 

Dimulai dengan Brownies Pie, yang manis dan cantik, Spaghetti Pie yang bergaya Italia, gurih dengan topping saus yang membelai lidah. Kemudian Klappertaart Pie, dengan isian adonan kelapa muda yang manis lembut, Chovo Pie, pie dengan isian alpukat dan cokelat yang lembut legit serta pie yang tidak perlu dipanggang, Blueberry Cheese Pie. 

Selain tahapan membuat, tips-tips jitu untuk membuat aneka bentuk, menyimpan adonan kulit dan isian juga dipaparkan tuntas. Jadi, bagi mereka yang ingin menambah variasi jenis snack untuk berbisnis bisa menggali ilmu hingga tuntas. Mau tanya soal perhitungan biaya? Tentu saja akan dijelaskan oleh sang pakar!
